What is Qi Gong?

I am a qualified personal trainer; group fitness trainer and sports masseuse.

 

Since 2005, I've been on a journey to harmonise my love for improving and connecting with the body while finding a way to make it perform at its highest frequency naturally and effortlessly. 

I got introduced to Qi Gong in 2013 by Lee Holden on Mindvalley course and I was hooked! It ticked all my boxes! 

 

After a series of tragedies in my life.  I found myself delving in deeper, doing Qi Gong and Womb Dancing sacredly. Practicing this modality by the beach daily accelerated my journey to heal my heart, mind, body and spirit. “Muscles and wombs store emotional memory. They simply store what the body has endured throughout its life.” To get at the heart of what is causing the pain, it sometimes requires that we move deeper into this less tangible layer of what we are carrying with us. As a body-worker, I've worked with many clients on accessing and releasing emotions that have been lodged in their body tissues.
